The 2023 Total Economic Impact (TEI) study from Forrester seeks to understand the potential security-related return on investment that K-12 school systems experience after installing Microsoft 365 Education A5. Prior to the upgrade, many schools experienced security hacks by way of ransomware payments, recovery efforts, brand damage and a disruption to daily school activities. Investment in the upgrade to A5 has resulted in being better prepared for security threats, an increase in compliance activity, and an increase in security cost savings.
